World Office is now pleased to offer server co-location to it's customers. Host all of your web sites yourself, with the added benefit of knowing that we're here to guide you along the way. Send us your own server, or have us build one to your specifications.

World Office Built Servers

If you're unsure about how to build your own server, or just don't want to spend the time, World Office will be happy to build one for you.

World Office builds PC servers with what it considers to be the best parts for the job. All servers come pre-installed and ready to go with the latest in Linux software. Before building any server, we will provide you with a hardware quote so that you may compare pricing. (At this time, servers generally cost about $1,500.00.)

World Office builds our servers with a minimum of the following equipment:

  • 4U Rack Mount Case
  • Intel Celeron or Pentium III Processor w/ Motherboard
  • 128MB RAM
  • 2 10GB Harddrives (one for use, one for backup)
  • 1 10bt Ethernet Card
  • 1 CD-ROM (for easy software installation)
  • 1 Video Card
Once you have paid in full for the server, pricing is the same as listed above.
