You, as a customer (hereafter known as "USER") of World Office (hereafter known as "WORLD") agree to and must abide by the following policies (hereafter known as "POLICY"). Any violation of POLICY could result in suspension and/or termination service without refund, administrative charges, notification of your actions to authorities and/or other action:

• USER must abide by all laws in their area, the United States of America, the State of California, the Cities of Los Angeles, Calabasas and Marina Del Rey, California. If there is any question as to the legality of the content you wish to display--DO NOT PUT IT ON-LINE. USER is completely and wholly responsible for the material USER puts on their web site and/or in their account.
• USER will place a content warning page before all sites or areas of possibly objectionable material.
• Child pornography is STRICTLY prohibited by WORLD. If USER is found to have such material, WORLD reserves the right to suspend service, contact the proper authorities and seize all USER's data for evidence. Should such action be necessary, USER will be charged for administration time, any and all legal fees and any other applicable expenses.
• SPAM refers to the sending of unsolicited e-mail and/or posting of advertisements to news groups and/or message boards. USER may under NO circumstances send SPAM to and/or from the WORLD server. USER may under NO circumstances send SPAM refering to a site and/or other information on the WORLD server. USER will be charged for administration time should WORLD have to respond to SPAM and/or related complaints.
• WORLD is not responsible for interruptions in service. From time to time WORLD systems will need to go down for maintenance and upgrades. USER will be informed of these "down times" at least 24 hours prior to them taking place. WORLD will not be liable for any interruptions in connectivity. WORLD is not responsible for any period where our servers are not accessible due to phone company and/or ISP outages and/or any other unforeseen problems.
• WORLD will not be liable for more than the total sum paid to us in the last sixty (60) days. This means should any dispute arise between USER and WORLD, USER will have no claim to any monies over and above what USER has paid to WORLD during the past sixty (60) days.
• All disputes between USER and WORLD will be edjudicated by an independent arbitrator in Calabasas, California, U.S.A. All decisions made by such arbitration will be completely and wholly binding. This means that should a dispute arise, an independent arbitrator will take the place of any courtroom litigation. All decisions made by this arbitrator will be the final decision in the matter and no court proceedings may take place.
• USER is responsible for any information pertaining to and all processes run under their web hosting account. USER will under NO circumstances allow others to access USER's account or give anyone passwords or other pertinent data. WORLD reserves the right to monitor all activity on WORLD's equipment to insure proper and legal use.
• USER may NOT use and/or display Copyrighted material without the express written consent of the owner. Administration fees will be charged should WORLD have to respond to Copyright and/or related complaints.
• Administration fees may be charged to USER even though POLICY does not explicitly state so. Should USER's actions force WORLD to take any action other than that of our normal business operations, USER may be charged administrative fees for our time. These actions include but are not limited to:
  • Responding to any and all legal charges, paperwork, subpoenas, etc. regarding USER's account.
  • Responding to any and all complaints regarding USER's account.
  • Server repairs (software and/or hardware) due to USER's misuse of WORLD's equipment.
• Violation of any portion of POLICY is grounds for immediate suspension and/or termination of service without refund. WORLD reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
